British pop rock band McFly will be calling by at the Trent FM Arena Nottingham on Friday 21st November 2008, so if you want to see Tom, Danny, Harry and Dougie then this is the place to be!
Last year McFly opted to leave the major record label that launched them in 2004 and helped them achieve multi-platinum sale success. Funded by the band themselves they have now set up their own record label, Super Records, which is a wholly independent operation.
As of October 2007 McFly had achieved thirteen top ten singles, seven of which reached number one in the UK Singles Chart. With catchy songs such as ‘Obviously’, ‘Five Colours in Her Hair’ and ‘Star Girl’ its no wonder the band are loved around the world!
The name McFly was chosen by band member Tom Fletcher based on his love for the American science fiction comedy ‘Back to the Future’ trilogy and Michael J. Fox’s character Marty McFly!
Now embarking on a whole new challenge their new summer anthem ‘One For The Radio’ is set to be a storm.
