Two thousand fighters will be heading to the Trent FM Arena Nottingham on Sunday 12th October for the TAGB British Open Championships.
The Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain is Europe’s largest single martial arts organisation with over 450 clubs taking part, making it Europe’s biggest martial arts competition.
It will involve men, women and children of all ranks, right up to Black Belt and World and European Champions and they’ll all compete on 18 fighting areas spread across the Arena.
Tae Kwon-Do – which means ‘way of the foot and fist’, uses punches, strikes, kicks and blocks for self defence and is one of the most popular martial arts.
