How can I get there?

As the NIC is located in the city centre, there is no shortage of transportation to reach us! Whether your journey is by aeroplane, car, train, bus, tram or on foot, the centre is easy to access. Click on the ‘Getting here’ at the top of the page for more info.

Where can I park?

There is no on site parking at the Trent FM Arena Nottingham, however, due to our city centre location, there are plenty of car parks within easy walking distance. The nearest car park is the NCP at Stoney Street (a one minute walk), or visit Fletcher Gate (four minutes walk), Broadmarsh (seven minutes walk) or Victoria Centre (five minutes).

How can I book tickets for a concert?

There are several ways to book tickets for concerts at Trent FM Arena Nottingham.
Option One – in person at the Box Office, NIC, Bolero Square, The Lace Market, Nottingham. Open from 9am – 9pm each day.
Option Two – by phone through our 24hr Ticket Hotline – 08444 124 624. Our phone operators are ready to take your calls, 24hours a day, 365 days of the year.
Option Three – On line through this website Tickets can be booked in ‘real time’. This means that you are booking tickets directly on our system and not from a pool of pre-allocated tickets.

I’ve lost my tickets, what can I do?

Contact us by telephoning 0115 853 3000 and hold for an operator. It is possible that tickets can be re-issued, although it’s important to realise that there are some types of tickets that cannot be replaced (i.e. standing tickets), as this could result in the venue exceeding capacity and contravening Health & Safety regulations, which could jeopardise our licence.

Can I cancel my tickets?

We regret that we cannot refund tickets unless the event is cancelled or changes considerably. An example of this would be, if the event is moved to a new date.

Can I exchange my tickets to another show?

This is not possible as once tickets have been purchased they are non refundable. In some special circumstances, authorized exchanges may be made ie. if disabled seating is now required (subject to suitable seating available).

Do I need I.D. to collect my tickets and where do I collect them from?

Yes, you will need to present the credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets and sign a receipt on collection. This is to protect both you and ourselves from potential credit card fraud. Your tickets will be available for collection from the Ticket Collection desk in the main Atrium of the centre, on the evening of the event, once doors have opened.

Which are the best seats, floor or tiered?

This is purely down to personal preference. Although please be aware that floor seats are all on one level and are very rarely tiered.

Are there lockers?

There are lockers for all events, where you can store items including motorcycle helmets.

What is there to do in Nottingham?
