We have disabled parking, elevators with Braille signage and hearing loops. Wheelchair Access

Wheelchair access to the Arena is either via the entrance doors on Bolero Square or via the lift from Lower Parliament Street. Once inside the venue there are lifts to all floors, disabled toilet facilities and wide walkways for wheelchair users. There are specific seats available for wheelchair users, please call box office to book 0115 853 3002.

Hearing Assistance

A hearing assistance system is installed within the Arena bowl for customers with hearing difficulties which is used via infra-red headsets. Customers can borrow a headset from Box Office for use during an event. Hearing loops are also installed at the Arena Box Office. For more information please call 0115 853 3002.

Parking

Limited car parking spaces, operated by Nottingham City Council, are available in Dean Street which is adjacent to our venue. Spaces can’t be booked through us and are available on a first-come-first-served basis. There are also a few disabled parking spaces on Barker Gate.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome at Trent FM Arena Nottingham but please be aware that noise levels can be high during concerts and other events. Please let our Box Office know if an assistance dog will be accompanying you to an event.

Increasing Website Text Size

Some users might find screen text easier to read by increasing the size at which text is displayed. To do this you should simply adjust your browser’s settings.

  • If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to the View menu, select Text Size and then either Larger or Largest.
  • If you use Firefox, go to the View menu, select Text Size and then either Increase Ctrl + +, Decrease Ctrl + – or Normal Ctrl + 0.
  • If you use Opera, go to the Tools menu, select Preferences then click on the Web pages tab. Select the normal font button. A dialogue box appears and provides options to increase/decrease font size, font type, weight and style.
  • If you use Netscape Navigator, go to the View menu and choose Increase Font until the text is the size you require.
