By using the Trent FM Arena Nottingham website you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

- Your details are held by us in order to allow you to use our wonderful website, and will not be given to a 3rd party without your express permission.
- By using the website, or any of our related services, you agree that Trent FM Arena Nottingham will not be liable for loss or damage of any nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with viewing, use, or performance whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause.
- We reserve the right to change, add, remove, or turn upside down various bits on this site, and we may not even tell you we’re doing it. Feel free to let us know how you think we’re doing by email on members@trentfmarenanottingham.com.

Ticket Terms and Conditions
- This ticket is issued subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter and Trent FM Arena Nottingham
- Please check your tickets upon receipt as tickets cannot be refunded after their purchase, unless the event is cancelled or re-scheduled
- It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any re-arranged event.
- A valid ticket must be produced to enter the event.
- Removing the stub invalidates the ticket
- Replacement standing tickets cannot be issued in any circumstances.
- This ticket must not be resold without express permission from the promoter
- Customers should be aware that tickets sold from unofficial sources may not be valid
- It is illegal to smoke on the premises
- No cameras or video or audio recording equipment are permitted in the venue without the express permission of the promoter
- The promoter reserves the right to conduct security searches
- The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject, the ticket holder if the ticket holder refuses to be searched, or in the reasonable opinion of the promoter, admission of the holder to the venue might be a risk to the safety of the audience or the holder, or affect the enjoyment of the audience or the running of the event (for example if the holder appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is acting aggressively or anti-socially). No refunds will be offered to customers in these circumstances.
- No cans, bottles, alcohol or food may be brought into the venue
- Only food and drink purchased in the venue may be consumed therein
- If you experience problems in the venue please contact a steward so that the issue can be resolved prior to, or during, the event
- Refunds will only be given at the sole discretion of the promoter
- Latecomers will only be admitted into the venue at a suitable break in the performance, at the discretion of the management
- Official merchandise is only available inside the venue
- As members of the audience, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed and/or sound recorded for broadcast and/or publication, without payment
- The NIC is not liable for the wilful acts, omissions or negligence of any third party
- The management will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of breach of this contract by the management which was not reasonably foreseen by the management at the contract date, unless caused by the negligence of the management
- In the case of any such negligence causing loss or damage to personal property, liability shall be limited to the reasonable cost of either replacing or repairing such property subject to fair wear and tear
- Animals are not permitted into the venue (except guide dogs)
- Some concerts and events may contain sound levels/effects which may be excessively loud
- For standing tickets, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over
- WARNING Ice hockey matches can be dangerous and spectators are warned to keep an eye on the puck at all times
