Nottingham Trent University Fashion Show chooses Nottingham Arena.

Nottingham Arena, the East Midlands’ hottest venue, has been selected as the location for a major fashion show and exhibition.

As the home of top fashion designer Paul Smith and the historic lace making industry, this event could help Nottingham move firmly back up the style stakes.

Fashion 55 will see a host of professional models strutting their stuff down an 80ft catwalk at the venue on Monday 11th June.

This is a showcase for the debut collections of 55 students from the fashion design course at Nottingham Trent University, to celebrate the end of three years hard work and dedication.

Before the show spectators will have the unique opportunity to interact with the designers themselves, as part of the Arena is transformed into a vibrant social space with a static exhibition area.

This will give the designers a chance to display their product diversity and chat with guests about the inspirations behind their collections.

Guests will then take their seats in the Arena for the highlight of the night – the fantastic catwalk show. Models will be wearing a collection of mens and womenswear, with directional fashion from high street style to couture glamour.

Tickets are on sale now for this high fashion event priced at priced at between £7 and £15 (plus booking fee). All proceeds will be donated to the Prince’s Trust Charity.

You can book through Nottingham Arena’s 24hr Ticket Hotline on 08444 124 624, online at www.nottingham-arena.com or in person at the Nottingham Arena Box Office, Bolero Square, The Lace Market, Nottingham.
