Your intitial enquiry will be dealt with by a member of our sales team who will view availability, help select the most suitable facility for your event and discuss suitable packages for you. As soon as your event is confirmed, you will be assigned a client account manager who will work closely with you in the planning and inception of your event.

Catering
We understand how important the ‘catering’ aspect of any meeting is, therefore we offer a selection of menu’s in an attempt to satisfy all palettes. You can see the catering options available for each specific meeting room in the facilities section. If you have specific requirements, please contact us and we will look to create a bespoke menu together for your event.
Audio-visual Equipment
We have a range of in-house audio-visual equipment that can be hired to conference organisers. If you require specific equipment that we do not stock, we will happily order in from one of our suppliers to help reduce your work load.
