Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair access to the Arena and the Conference Suites is either via the entrance doors on Bolero Square or via the lift from Lower Parliament Street. Once inside the venue there are lifts to all floors, disabled toilet facilities and wide walkways for wheelchair users.
Hearing Assistance
A hearing assistance system is installed within the main auditorium. Hearing loops are also installed at the Arena Box Office.
